I think the Two-Face part is just to portray that Batman doesn't rest during the night, and that night has only just begun. But of course with the success of the first game, there's gotta be a second one coming.
@trustymutsi: Batarang, then evade, if there's an enemy standing then punch, if all of them are on the ground do the ground takedown (rt+y) to give them time to get up, then evade again to give some more time for them to get up and to get yourself in a good position. I do them mid-combo and it works.
" Done with the riddles, but do you have any general hints or tips for completing challenges and getting all the medals? Also, I'm yet to get a x40 combo, my highest was maybe x33 and that hasn't happened a lot. "
Punch evade punch evade. Just keep evading till you're in a position where they won't hit you and stop your combo, and then continue your combo. Easiest to do it during the welcome party thing, during the joker fight, or during combat challenges.
Use every single one of your abilities in a combo or as much as you can, that'll rack up tons of points. Evade ALOT. You can evade multiple times and still keep the combo going, so I'd usually evade until I'm not surrounded. Abusing batarangs on the extreme levels are really helpful.
" Remember the riddle to find Ra al Ghul? He was totally dead in that morgue! No way he could be brought back, unless it became a hallucination from Scarecrow? "
Ra's al Ghul can easily be brought back to life by the Lazurus Pits. Not to mention, if you solved that riddle and came back to where his body was after completing the game, there's a nice little surprise.
