Deadwood to Red Dead Redemption

I've been recently watching the HBO TV Series "Deadwood." I'm nearly halfway through the second season and loving every episode so far. Ironically Red Dead Redemption is actually around the corner. Lately I've been watching some of the trailers for the game and I'm thoroughly impressed. I'll be the first to admit I'm a Grand Theft Auto fan. I consider GTA IV to be possibly the best game of this generation. To see the team make a whole entire western game gets me pumped.

One thing I'm curious about is the soundtrack. Red Dead Revolver had an excellent soundtrack. Since this is a Rockstar developed game, I am excited to hear what music they’ll have in store. Just listen to the soundtrack from the original.

It had a good sound like composers like  Ennio Morricone or Jerry Fielding made during the good old western movies. Of course, there aren’t radio stations in western games, so I’m really psyched for just the music in this game how they can presented it. I wouldn’t mind if they did a little style with like Deadwood. Either way, if you’re a fan of Rockstar games. You know that soundtrack is extremely important to them.
