  • A huge surprise for me. I was expecting a lame multi-player add-on to a game that didn't need one. Not only was I wrong about how good the multi-player was, but was pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic single-player experience as well, and I can't wait until the next release.

  • The original Mass Effect was the reason I bought an Xbox 360, and I was more than happy to return to this great world. With fantastic new characters, and improved gameplay, this was an easy pick for my top ten.

  • I only got this game at Christmas, but even after 3 days, I am in love. I am already a better keyboard player thanks to great tutorials with the pro mode, and the song selection is great. Couple that with the improved career mode, and you have a fantastic game.

  • Mass Effect was why I bought a 360, but Heavy Rain was what brought me to the PS3. With creepily real character models, an innovative control scheme, and (mostly) supurb voice acting, this was one of the most intense video game experiences I've ever had.

  • Fuck this game. Extremely aggravating, totally unforgiving, and with levels I will likely never be able to complete....yet I can't seem to stop playing it.

  • I never thought I would love a Civ game this much, but they have done a great job of hiding all of the micromanaging (while letting it be accessible if you want it), which lowered the bar to entry enough so I could finally get some fun out of these games.

  • Buggy? Yes. But that didn't make it any less fun. With a storyline that's arguably better than Fallout 3 (which I loved), this is basically the Vice City of the Fallout series, for whatever that's worth.

  • It's weird for me having this on here, because if you judge by game completion, I think I am only 3 or 4 missions into the game. HOWEVER, I have put many hours into this game just running around this wonderfully realized world and causing mayhem. With a great traversal system and totally open world, this was quite a fun game. Maybe one day I will get around to actually playing the proper game...but not likely.

  • Another game I have only played for a few days, but it's already got me excited about getting up and moving around, and coming from a fat guy, that says a lot.

  • I bought a lifetime subscription to this game. And this is on my list to help me sleep at night. Seriously though, I really enjoyed this game, I just haven't played it nearly as much as I thought I would. However, I can play it whenever I want, forever.
