Dimitri is a great villain because he's the kind of villain that just happens, and alters the course of the Niko and his plans.

Akuma has the bad ass look combined with awesome moves to make him a favorite villain of mine.

Even though, I'm not a huge fanboy of Wesker, I have to give him credit for being a great villain in the Resident Evil series.
