ATTENTION PEOPLE OF THE FUTURE: SOME DUDE ON THE INTERNET MADE IT EVEN BETTER, CLICK THIS LINK FOR THE NEW BETTER VERSION

I know I did. After Googling about, I found that someone had made a Rainmeter skin for it, but it didn't look good enough, so I edited it a bit, redoing most of the artwork:

All you need to do to get it is:

1. Install Rainmeter (Windows only)
2. Download this file
3. Extract the contents to the "Rainmeter\Skins" folder in your "Documents" folder (C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\Rainmeter\Skins if you're using Windows 7)
4. Go to this weather website thing
5. Find your location either by ZIP code or by typing in your city, state, province, country, or what have you
6. Once you've found the correct page for your city, copy the name that shows up. For me, it was simply "Aberdeen, South Dakota"
7. Open Persona4.ini in that folder that you just extracted
8. Look for "[Variables]," and overwrite "Aberdeen, South Dakota" with whatever you just copied (unless you actually do live in Aberdeen, South Dakota, in which case we should hang out sometime)
9. Save and close Persona4.ini
10. Right-click on "Days.ttf" in the Persona4 folder, and click "Install" (or, if this doesn't work, copy it into C:\Windows\Fonts)
11. Launch Rainmeter, if it isn't already running
12. Right-click on the tray icon, then select "Configs" -> "Persona4" -> "Persona4.ini"
13. Drag it into the upper-right-hand corner if it isn't already there
14. And you're done! If the weather icon isn't showing up, right-click on the skin and click "Refresh Skin"

Feel free to post any problems you're having getting everything to work, or any suggestions you have for future versions. I'm super new to Rainmeter skin-making, and I think that this turned out pretty alright, but I'm not opposed to adding functionality to make it even more awesome :)

Oh, and while the font for the time-of-day phrase is spot-on, the font for the date doesn't 100% match the one found in the game. I spent several hours scouring the Internet for a similar font, and this "Days" font is the best I could find. If anyone knows of a more accurate font, let me know!

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I removed the purpley semi-transparent background thing from the original version of the skin because without it, you can combine it with other Rainmeter skins and it looks nice. If anyone really wants a version with that thing in it, I can upload that, too.

Someone mentioned this ages ago actually. It's not bad. There's also a Persona 3 one though I forgot where it is. I think the same guy who made that made this one as well.

Edit: Fixed it. It looks real nice thanks. 
 
All I need now is all those banging persona 4 tunes playing in the background.

This is a good reason for me to figure out how to properly use Rainmeter.

This looks really awesome. I'm really tempted to grab and use this, but I'm somewhat of a minimalist in regards to desktop stuff.
 
Is there any way for you to edit the battery info so that it fits into the Persona 4 skin? I mean, it wouldn't ever be relevant for me, since I use desktop computers, but it'd be pretty rad to have a yellow battery image that fit the Persona theme. It'd add functionality, y'know?

This is pretty awesome, except the part where it was blocking my search engine bar. Oh well, I guess I'll get used to having that to the left of my address bar.

I'm working my way through my second playthrough of P4, so this is awesome!!!

A note for feedback, on 'Early Morning' the a in Early hits the bottom of the boundary. What I mean is, the white stroke looks like it goes outside the size of the graphic. Looks very pretty though.

Now it seems to be displaying the weather again. Seems like it works better with "MA" instead of Massachusetts (which doesn't make sense given the South Dakota thing, but whatever). 

I would pay the equivalent of the current going price of persona 4 on the apple store for this to be on my iphone at all times
