Awesome to see a classic get played :) I'll catch up with the series once it's all out so i can watch a nice sizable chunk instead of little bite size episodes.
I'm guessing this is all pre-recorded and there's no point in begging for longer episodes... but just in case, more please :)
If you guy's are still soliciting what should count as an "official" run i think a minimum time of 30 minutes should be one of the rules, I'm just worried we'll get 12 more 3-10 minute episodes at this rate :)
First time sanctioned off the ps3 :) RPCS3 runs Demon's Souls on PC great, there's a framerate uncap patch and an emulated playstation network for multiplayer. The load times are actually about as fast as ps5, maybe 1 or 2 seconds longer but I've got a 5 year old pc.
Alex may be interested to know, there is a dog mod available to have one chill beside you. Probably a cat mod too but i didn't notice one when i was loading up on mods last install :)
I'd love to see some more Factorio love on the site. Something about the perspective makes things so much easier for me to follow and pushes more of my buttons. To each their own, i think I've heard Vinny mention he likes Factorio as well though.
*edit* Vinny almost immediately talks about Factorio and the differences between the two games. I get it, this is more action then factorio and may make for a better video, but i would very much enjoy watching some more methodical Factorio play as well.
FYI guys, the reason the player takes so long to load is because certain adblockers (like ublock) block our video metrics plugin. The thing that tells us how well our CDN is doing and how much buffering is happening. Unfortunately it doesn't block it immediately either so our player is just sitting there waiting for it to load until it finally gives up. I'd like to put in a workaround but it's so hard to detect. Whitelisting giantbomb in ublock or whitelisting this fdomain will fix the issue:
vidtech.cbsinteractive.com
@wcarle:Fair enough, thank you for letting us know. I'm happy to support giant bomb but Ublock is needed to keep so many of the irresponsible advertisers off my computer ;) I know giant bomb does a great job policing what ad's make it on the platform but even you guys can make mistakes and could let something malicious through.
I'll whitelist for now but I'd love that extra layer of protection to still be in place, please if possible continue to look for a workaround. Appreciate it, thanks!
ps- I know ad blockers are a touchy subject for an ad fuelled webpage, but that's why i've always been a subscriber ;) hope you guys don't mind too much!
