Good music is good. It's crazy to dismiss music based on something arbitrary like genre. For example, hating Country music. There's absolutely no, say, Johnny Cash or Everly Brothers song you enjoy?
There are more countries directly involved in World War II than with Stalin lead Soviet Union or Mao lead China. Naturally, there are more films about World War II. And, arguably, there are more stories to tell.
@Kingfalcon: I think it more a back and forth between people who understand the concept of respect for others and those that don't. And I always sigh when it's the latter that demand people grow up.
Oddly enough. I was watching old Giant Bomb videos earlier today and Ryan, unfortunately, used the word "tranny". To which I replied, oof. Also I have a low post count. Oh, darn!
Hi. If you want to try a beer, I would suggest Young's Double Chocolate Stout or Lindemans Framboise. If you have a Whole Foods nearby, a Hitachino Nest Espresso Stout. While you mention having already procured a bourbon, if you want to go the whisky route, and if you have a bar where either are available, I'd suggest a finger or two of Dalwhinnie or Oban neat.
In order to invade a player's game in Demon's Souls, you had to be within a certain level range of that player. Seems odd that Dark Souls would be any different. And how would you know what level the Black Phantom was, anyway?
@WarlordPayne: Hi hello. Rorie somewhat tangentially touched on two handed attacks in an earlier reply. Michael McWhertor, in the comment linked Kotaku article, confirmed that you can switch between wielding a weapon one handed and two handed in Dark Souls. In the same article he wrote that, "It appears that the confusing runes that indicated a player's strength, dexterity, faith, luck and more have been replaced by more easily understood icons."
Was any indication given as to whether or not class has any actual bearing on character progression this go around? I don't mind being able to spend points as I see fit, but found it unfortunate that some players were under the initial impression that class had an actual bearing on play style. Hard to shake those D&D tropes.
And thank you for the reply, Sir. Smiley emoticon :) .
Long time listener, first time caller. Did the rep happen to mention whether or not there will be voice chat? Nothing worse than getting speared because your coop buddy wasn't wearing a Thief's Ring or healing you when you were low health for Clever Rat's Ring and Morion Blade.
