in his diary he discuss the possible outcomes, whether he dies at the island or taken by the police. If the latter, he says he expects his life then to become a living hell, and that he will most likely face a mental breakdown where everyone he knows will hate him. He also says he hopes to become a hero for the supporters of his cause.
Even if this guy some day gets out of prison, his life in hell will be far from over.
I would normally say gamepad trumps keyboard in most games I play on pc, but from what I experienced, the game seemed to flow better with K&M. I did notice a few graphical hickups when testing the gamepad (anyone else?). Unwillingly I changed to keyboard and mouse, found that to be pretty much the only way to play this.
I guess the whole Steam client. Hearing them talk about all those CRAZY steam sales made me curious. I bought like 10-15 games after that and I just recently bought a specced out computer to play all those games on!
I'd say it's probably the best settlers since the original, though i have not played settlers II. I'm really suprised it's getting little to none attention. The few publications that have reviewed has given it scores between around 8 and 9.
You would probably do fine with a 3-4 year old pc.
My initial reaction is very positive! The game gives you an incredible detailed and easy to learn instruction to the game. And the game only gets more fun when you get a hold of all the various production lines. I had some instances where the economy locked up: I needed coins to make soldiers, gold to make coins, wood and tools to make a quarry, iron to make tools while there was no iron. So you realize you got to trade iron. But in order to trade you need a trade center. That costs rock. And the only rock on the map is in the enemy's territory. But then you need soldiers to overtake that territory.....and so on. The whole process of finding that out can be a little frustrating. But when you get your economy up and running it's incredibly satisfying.
I just got this today on Steam. It's having some problems launching correctly, but at the moment I'm downloading some kind of update which I hope shall fix the problem.
This game got a 7/10 from GameRadar. Hoping it will appeal to me with a taste for those strategy games with focus on economy, research and such...
I've looked around the web and tried to find an answer for this, but no success. I have Windows 7 home premium x64 and was wondering if I would be able to play Street Fighter IV on my computer. From what I have understood, it only works on specific versions of Windows 7, like Windows 7 Ultimate or Professional. Is anyone running it on the Home Premium version that can confirm that it works?
Also: Is it possible to play 1versus1 on the same computer? On the same keyboard? Or do I need an extra controller?
I bought a handful of games over the holiday. I was initially almost broke after buying myself a new laptop. Then I used up my spair change on AudioSurf and Far Cry 2.
Do you guys think it's worth it to buy Empire:Total War now? The new Total War game (Nampoleon) is coming out in a few months, so considdering to wait for that.
