You are one of the most successful game developers on the planet. You have had huge, mainstream games that have made millions of dollars for you and your publisher. Why can you not, in 2010, make a game that looks and runs as well on the PS3 as it does on the 360? 
 
Any developer worth half a shit will see that the two consoles are different, and instead of thinking "Well, maybe we should chuck some more things on the cell processor to improve performance" you think "well, this GPU is less powerful, so lets just reduce detail and resolution" and after all that reduction, the framerate is STILL comparatively worse than the 360. 
 
What the fuck are you doing? You are in the position that so many smaller companies could only dream of. Yet you shit it away by trying to cram your triangle dick of a graphics engine into the PS3's Square shaped ass. Way to go Rockstar, you got mad skills at not giving a shit about programming.
