It's sad that something had to be said... Necessary, for sure, but sad. The people we're fighting against as an industry have always been there, and in GamersGate, they simply found a new, turbulent platform that amplified and at the same time disguised their message. I do think the movement was trying to do something good (nobody likes corruption), but when that discussion gets completely hijacked by offensive assholes, it's time to call it a day and try again later.
Hopefully we (as a media, industry, and as fans) can get back to what's at the core of our passions:
Who would win in a fight, Spyro the Dragon or Gabe Logan from Syphon Filter.
I absolutely love Chinese Democracy by Guns 'N Roses.
I don't understand the hate. It's over-the-top, and pushes rock music to its natural, ridiculous conclusion (the intro particularly is a real spectacle).
I think Brad hosting has been pretty great. Jeff is good too, but I personally think Jeff thrives when he is responding to stuff, not introducing things.
I agree. Jeff is a guy who has strong opinions on a bunch of topics, and when he's holding court, it doesn't give him as much of an opportunity to voice those opinions.
Another vote for Brad is a great host. He keeps things on track.
