I'm not that big of a FPS enthusiast, but there are a few that I enjoy. Over the years I developed a preference for the pure multiplayer driven shooters, after playing games like Tribes and Star Wars Battlefront. I prefer to get right into the strategy and tactics of battle than to wade through a story mode, so I appreciate the games that treat the single and multiplayer component as the same.

This simple and affordable collection helped fill some major gaps in my game collection. With the likes of Phantasy Star I-IV, Shining Force I & II, Shining in the Darkness, and Fatal Labyrinth on one disc, this compilation is a must for those who missed out when these games were first released.
