I don't understand why people are bothered by there being more options present on consoles. If you don't like it, just leave them at the defaults, the devs obviously picked the defaults for a reason. I appreciate the option to opt for 60fps over slightly better visual fidelity, and I am happy that I am now being provided that choice. I think it is a bummer that games like WD: Legion don't provide options, and force everyone to run at 4k30.

Wow that sure is an impressive patch list. Full props to them for listing all that out. I look forward to seeing how great this game will look on pc in a couple years when it is cheap enough for me to buy it during a sale.

I was also really hoping that spec ops would be included when this got re-released. Especially after how terrible that mode is in the new game, bummer.

That's just completely incorrect. The Kinect came out years before the Snowden revelation. Plus, the fact that consumers are willing to put "home assistants" and "smart" cameras in their house (devices that are far more invasive of a persons privacy) shows that this clearly was not the reason for it's failure.

Switch to ublock origin and problem solved.

@sweep: PS5 won't be out in May. I'm more than happy to wait though regardless of the reason.

It's funny/sad how fast Nintendo went from a single in app purchase to play the entire game to complete free to play garbage.

Loved the old Timesplitters games. I had been wanting a new game for a long time. It has been long enough now that I am less optimistic, but hopefully they can make a good new Timesplitters.

@farleyslundgren: The internet loves overreacting about things. I'm of the opinion of while there might be growing pains in the long run this will benefit both developers and gamers. Having Steam as a near monopoly isn't the healthiest thing for pc gaming.
