Best of 2009
99X: Best of 2009 - 2009 was a bad year for video games. So many delays to 2010, I ended up playing more 2008 titles. Here is my list, not based on release date, but what I actually played this year.

1. Dragon Age: Origins
Dragon age is an amazing game with tons of content, great story, and hours of entertainment. Other companies should take note of a game of such quality.

2. Team Fortress 2
I know it wasn't released in 2009 - but Valve has updated it so much it's what I play most of the time.

3. Batman: Arkham Asylum
Awesome game - Made being Batman a real blast!

4. World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King
Blizzard did it again and made going to Azeroth and beyond fun the whole year.

5. Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City
I spent more time in the PC version making silly videos then I did playing this title - though GTA4 is GTA4 - it's all good in the hood.

6. The Secret of Monkey Island
Monkey Island Special Edition was awesome! We need them to do this type of thing to other legacy games.

7. Shadow Complex
Great Value for an Xbox 360 Arcade title. Great graphics, awesome achievements and just overall fun to play.

8. Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box
This game was even better then the last Professor Layton game - if you haven't played it yet, go buy it!

9. Trials HD
Another fantastic XBLA title.

10. The Sims 3
Though EA likes to screw with it's customers, release shitty patches, and try to milk money out of every opportunity - Sims 3 is still fun to play, while it works.
