I never had any complaints with the gameplay or anything, except that it was boring. Being able to see where enemies are looking and being able to pause the game to plan out where to throw darts/noise makers/etc. just made the game a bit too easy to be fun, in my opinion. All of the info the UI gives you is nice, but it, ultimately, just makes you too powerful. I got probably 75% of the way through the game before I realized i was having no fun and quit.

So I literally just finished the game five minutes ago, and I get where you're coming from. I even agree with most of your points. I still thought it was a fantastic game. You're missing the forest for the trees, duder...

I remember KOTOR having terrible running animations. My first time through I was playing as a female, so I thought that was the reason it looked so weird. I quit and made a male character only to find it was the same animation.

It was like your character didn't wipe well so their cheeks were chafing...

I ran into the same problem as Jeff with the first results being TSW forums, but you can easily just not click on those and find the answer yourself if you want that experience. Really wasn't a big deal.

Ive only ever played planescape through. Im currently playing bg 2 and am loving it. Depends what you consider more important. Satisfying gameplay or an amazing story
