Just to echo what everyone else is saying, your CPU looks good and since you have an aftermarket cooler you can dabble in overclocking your CPU. Also, selling your 660 to fund a 970 or 390 would go a long way for you. Finally, if you do decide to get a more reliable PSU here is a thread from r/buildapc that ranks PSUs. I'd consider the tier list as another source, if you decided to upgrade. But like @reasonableman said the only reason to upgrade would be for reliability, so I think the best bang-for-your-buck is buying a new GPU. Other than that, your rig looks good!

My first video game was Pokemon Red and I received it on Christmas. I loved that game to death and replayed it numerous times. I have never caught them all because I didn't have a companion who had Blue.

Oblivion is most definitely worth a play-through. Sure, playing Oblivion after playing Fallout 3 can be harsh however the open nature of the game rivals that of Fallout 3. Bethesda knows how to make open world games that are engrossing and engaging. Give it a shot!

I have a 64-bit machine and it really isn't that bad like endless_void said. That guide is really useful in order to get your Dual Shock 3 working on a PC. If you buy from Wal-mart I would get the unofficially released white one. I play Xbox live games and it makes me feel bad-ass when the game thinks I have a 360 controller. Just plain bad-assery!

I have a PSP GO! and I find that games on PSN do not go down in price and so you seem to pay a premium to have no UMD. I would get the cheaper one but the Go is nice since it weighs less but that doesn't justify the price. Plus the Go is a nightmare if you buy your games from Amazon.

You should buy it cause you can get the Battle Chest for 10 dollars on Amazon, that is what I did!

I'm really glad I've recently become a bigger PC gamer because this really only happens on a PC game. TF2 is the prime example.
