I just bought the PS1 game Grandia, and I have been enjoying this old gem for quite a few hours already. The constantly active battle system always brings a fun style to the standard RPG formula.

The release of PS1 games on the Vita got me thinking. Has Sony added the ability for the PS1 games to be cross played between the PS3 and Vita? They already let you put the game on two consoles and two handhelds, so it would seem like a logical step to me. What do you guys think?

I recently bought Grandia, and have been enjoying it thoroughly, but I wouldn't mind swapping between my PS3 at home and then my vita when I go on a road trip.

@MyNiceIceLife: Yeah I did a similar thing with Skyrim, although instead of coop it was three of us in the same room and we didn't speak with each other for a good 8 hours. XP

@ShaggE: Yeah I would say a run through to finish it, but I am at the same spot as you are with my mage. Started Hell and haven't really found the initiative to continue playing it.

@Maginnovision: Everyone has their own tastes, and I am not letting this thread become a ME3 ending discussion, gameplay wise I did think 13-2 had more meat put into their combat system. A system that I did really like.

@Little_Socrates: I added you on steam mine user name is Thepyromaker. Determinance does look like a little gem, just from the eyes of the player model. I SEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YOUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!! Mount and Blade Warband seems to have a similar idea with analog sword fighting. I do have M&B if you do aswell, I might have to look further into Determinance.

@Maginnovision: What was your opinion on the end of it? I have it but I have not put in the time to get very far into it. Would you say it was an improvement when compared to 13?

I know the game The Last Story is coming out for the Wii in the second week of august. I've only heard good things and I plan of getting it. Dishonored, a game being produced by Bethesda, looks to be a really interesting game in terms of exploring it's game engine. There have been stories of people figuring out "game break" combos with the player abilities, and the developers saying lets leave it in and how can we use it.

That did look like a pretty neat game, what with the reality switching. Reminded me of Portal, with more of a physics focus.

A few months back I landed my first full time job outta college; the kicker is it involves working overnights (10-8 central time). I've been enjoying myself during my days off with a lot of single player games, since almost all of my real life friends are sleeping during my peak hours. I just wanted to start this to see if anyone wanted to group up and play some games with me. I like mostly anything, I've recently been into Tribes Ascend and League of Legends. I welcome all levels of skill.

What is the last game you've finished, and what where your thoughts of it? I recently just beat Persona 3 for the PSP.(playing on my vita) I liked the game a lot. The combat and story were fantastic. The removal of the cut scenes irked me, and probably made some of the scenes less powerful since I just got to watch moving character portraits. I did keep comparing it to Persona 4 while playing it, and I think it may have made me appreciate it less. I really just want P4 the Golden to release sooner. At least, I got P4 Arena in a week and a half.
