Level 5 here. Each of my spins have yielded one of the lower-tier rewards. I don't think they are rigged unless Turn 10 specifically hates me for buying all their games.
Seeing this image made me realize how much I miss a Deux Ex game in my life. I loved the world of HR. The art design was incredible. I'm excited to play this.
@theterriblefamiliar: Aw man, the way you quoted it makes it look like I said that. I gave up on taking the doom outlook on Nintendo after the Gamecube didn't take them down. People forget that the 3DS and amiibos are making them a good deal of money and they even lead software sales last month.
Sorry! I edited it to show the actual user who said it.
Or it's just a company doing what any company does: Attempt to turn a profit by delivering something for which people are willing to pay.
Either way, who cares? Nintendo is expanding to another platform. That sounds like a recipe for more potential fun for consumers to me. Why the doom and gloom?
I got a handful of games over the past couple years or so. I have no complaints on their offerings. I mostly just think the way the entire thing was designed was kind of clunky and outdated.
Yeah agreed. I registered over 2000 points the first year and a half this program existed. I don't remember the rewards being clearly explained back then, so I never cashed them in and they eventually disappeared from my account (WHY?). Some folks say the physical rewards were pretty good in the early days of the program. Ah well. I did get a handful of free Virtual Console games over the last couple of years. Thanks, Nintendo.
Hears hoping for a better unified account system from them in the near future. And could we please have an answer for Achievements/Trophies/Cards/etc, Nintendo? I know some folks don't care about them, but it doesn't hurt anyone to have them. Sheesh.
