Yes two different issues, first would not turn on and the second did not read discs. Also the money is a hold on my account till they receive the first console.
Am I the unluckiest person or what? Received my replacement Xbox one today and this one is broken too. The representative was really helpful but asked me to wait a few days before putting in another replacement request so I did not have a second £600 hold on my account. You think they could of waved this second £600?
