The first green light can't possibly be a coincidence. I think it's a marker to start at that point, which is to say clockwise from below the stamp. It seems to me like this is where our focus needs to be. Here's a Google Doc someone over at Reddit made for reference:

Also, people on Reddit have mentioned that some of the videos could be 3D. Does anyone have a way to verify and watch them closely? It would be easy enough for them to hide an image in frames for the "second eye".

Additionally, I found only 1314 unique names in the source code for Day 12. That's odd to me considering there were 100,000 Bullshit subscribers. I assumed that each person would have a unique message. Is it really possible that there are enough repeats to cover everyone with only 1.3% unique names?

@sleeper86: Are the 2 reported numbers the only possible results? This really seems like it'll be the correct path to the solution.

Considering that they've said that anyone can solve the puzzle, including people not receiving 12 Days of Bullshit, I'd have to say that the website and videos have everything to do with it. As for not throwing it out, maybe the envelopes simply give hints about the solution through the website. That is, we may have an advantage over the people not receiving them. If anyone disagrees with this logic, please explain.

So now that all 12 envelopes are out in the world somewhere or another, can we summarize the information we have and the information that's still needed? I understand that we've looked at the light sequence and are anticipating more videos on holidaybullshit.com but is there an organized and efficient way in which to display the information and theories thus far?
