2009 wins for bringing in the quantity (a fair amount of my all-time top ten favourite games of the generation are in there), but 2010 has RDR, so... still a tough choice. If RDR was a 2009 release (and was still the same game of course) then it would take it without a doubt in my mind.
EDIT: OK... I think 2009 would probably take it after looking over those picks some more.
2009 sucked. I remember not having any games to buy. Hell 2009 made uncharted look good. Uncharted sucks.
