Or what was that thing where they had like a mini event of playing Street Fighter (?) or Tekken (?) where they hired a place out and had people over for a mini tournament or something with booze and pizza.

Yeah they had a tournament of Marvel vs Capcom 2 in this video and had a bunch of people from the industry there. Obviously they can't do stuff like this all the time but I really enjoy when they do these one off videos like this and that roller coaster video.
GT4 came out in Feburary so it was only two months off from being three years and it came out in 2004 in Japan. So my point still stands that GT5 is the only one with any decent time between releases. I don't understand what point you're trying to make about Forza as neither I nor the crew brought it up.
My original point was that besides GT5 every GT came out either within or very close to three years of each other and that it's idiotic and incorrect to say it takes forever between releases.
@pkmango7: Yeah it's definitely something you have to get used to which thankfully I did a long time ago. Considering I'm a huge Dynasty Warriors fan I wouldn't have lasted long on here if the way they talked bothered me. Judging by the comments on most videos and podcasts other people seem to have more trouble letting stuff go.
I think this is probably the first time I've complained about something they said on the site, normally I don't think twice when they say stuff I disagree with but I guess that GT thing bothered me enough to write about it.
The crew can say some really stupid stuff sometimes, like there being a long time between Gran Turismo releases. Not counting the prologues GT Sport will be the 8th GT game in 19 years if it comes out next year, I fail to see how that is "fucking forever" between games. Brad said something to this effect as well on a recent UPF. It seems everybody only mentions GT5 which is idiotic since every other release was within a couple years of each other.
I rarely get bothered about this stuff since I'm used to it by now but it's just the way they were so adamant and dismissive about it.
