Out of these languages, pick one you know you will use frequently. If you don't practice it enough, you will forget most of the vocabulary / grammatical rules you have learned.
Out of the 4 languages I used to speak (French, English, Spanish and Japanese) :
- I still live in France
- I read / watch a lot in English, though I do not write it enough, so my written English kinda blows
- I haven't use Spanish in a while, can still understand it, read most of it, but not talk it fluently enough, since I forgot a good chunk of my vocabulary
- I only use my Japanese by playing games / reading mangas / watching anime, so it isn't top notch, especially on the reading part (without the furigana I'm screwed)
Also, as above posters said, it is a big investment to learn the language, but you also need to study the culture and history to fully understand it.
