Some thoughts...
It's way too dark. The colorful art just goes to waste when there's no sunlight outside your town. The darkness has to go away at some point, right..? If not, that's one hell of a dumb design choice.
The third person camera doesn't work well with interiors and caves. It's too fiddly and awkward, meaning you can't really build roofs on your houses. Roofs also mean you can't see what your villagers are up to... So actually building fancy houses and castles are a bad idea in this Minecraft-like!
The town area is REALLY small. Does it expand?
Movement speed is slow. Does it get faster?
The control scheme is a little weird, and there's no option to increase the slow camera speed.
I'm much LESS interested in the game after playing the demo...
