hey everyone I am hear about Mobile games apparently they allowed mobile games of Mass Effect,Left 4 dead,and Even Dead Rising but not two Devil May Cry games or Ratchet & Clank what's up with that?

I mean here are the pictures of Ratchet & Clank but they said no.So what do you think?
