I prefer all my liquor straight, room temperature. Bulliet is my favorite whiskey hands down. I've been told Maker's Mark is great, but I just don't like it, to each their own though. But for that price I'll take Jack any day. As for scotch, I love a good glass of Talisker, or Laphroaig. I have a thing for the wood taste. Also a glass of Glenlivet will make me happy any day.

Bulliet is an awesome choice, had a nice pint of that as a going away gift from a job i had to quit.

@Bolgirk: I remember being about 16 at my friends house, his dad loved whiskey and cigars. He lets us have a shot of the single barrel, and literally our balls hurt for about an hour... good stuff now.

Jameson

Jack Daniels Honey is a recent thing I've been drinking.

Jack daniels Honey is great, so is their cherry, especially for a cocktail.

Sometimes nothing is better than sitting down to play a game with a nice tumbler of premium whiskey. What is your favorite brand of whiskey? Put brand and any other additional info up here. The more info the more likely someone will find it and try it.

Mine is the Thomas H Handy Rye from Buffalo Trace Distillery. Sells at about $50-$60

Not sure if this is sold in Kansas, cant find any at the local stores, but a friend who came into town to visit brought this bottle over half full and we finished it off with some street fighter.
