"Ugh, Cammy vs Sagat isn't pretty. Essentially there's no other way to get close than a jumping HK from the right distance as Sagat's S.HK and tiger knee stuff everything you might do up close. Even if you get close he can throw out a uppercut cancel into 50%+ just when he feels like it.     Maybe i'm missing something but the matchup seems like a straightforward beating for Cammy with limited options. Sort of like Balrog but atleast Rogs don't have the option to randomly throw out a move other than c.jab. Zangief is a fun bad matchup too, it's a big guessing game from start to finish. TKCS on a SPD attempt for huge damage and stuff like that. "

 Just wondering, does anyone play Cammy for any reason other than the fact that she has a hot ass and wears a thong?

She does have a cross-up... j. lk.  However, it only works about 50% of the time.  Most people don't even bother with it.

I'm seriously hoping that they rebalance the characters in SF4-Dash.  The console characters (Dan, Sakura, Cammy, Gen, Fei Long, and Rose) were all in the bottom to lower-mid tier.  This tells me that they sloppily threw them in at the last minute without much thought as to how well they'd play against the original cast of SF4.  
I main Cammy and I can think of 5 or 6 things right off the top of my head that could easily be fixed about her playstyle, without making her too overly-powerful like Sagat.  
One day we'll have a balanced Street Fighter where almost all the characters are considered mid-tier.
