Spaceteam is great, I played that quite a bit with a friend of mine. If not in the same room though, you're out of luck.

Draw Something, FIFA 13, Modern Combat (I think it's that one...I played one with online deathmatch, it took some getting used to but wasn't that bad).

Modern Combat? I had heard of that as a PC game, but never before as a mobile game. I'll check it out.

Any asynchronous multiplayer games you might recommend?

What's up duders! I've been looking for some new multiplayer iOS games to play. I've taken all the "with Friends" games for a spin, as well as Letterpress per the Bombcast's recommendation. But now I'm looking for something new!

What multiplayer iOS games would you all recommend?

This is pretty cool. I can't imagine putting so much time and work into something with little to literally no external affirmation.

On the other hand, I can absolutely understand the desire to never show someone your work--it's nerve-wracking, and something I personally am incredibly bad at. This fear can be dominating over the desire for appreciation or affirmation. I don't know whether it was a lack of confidence, or a pure indifference in people's opinion of her art that led her to be so secretive, but I'm glad her photographs are coming to light now. Too bad she isn't around anymore to talk about her motivations.

You'll be missed Dave, you've always seemed like a super rad guy, and I'm sure you'll raise a great kid. Here's to the future.

The part where they go over how the animation from the sleep dart always starts from the standing position because "it looks good we wanted that" was great. And when they're going over how NPCs you leave alive will track you in all your other games and sequels because "they'll tell their friends," that sounded like all the rumors that would get passed around in grade school about games. Hilarious.

Officials host is rather terrible so I assume that would have been the reason. :)

Ah I see Karsh, I lived in TM2 space when I first grabbed it and noticed he was constantly in there (w/ rank 1). One thing I kept seeing people saying was that the servers were generous with the points they get per race, which I thought implied that "the other racers are trash, I'll keep taking easy wins". I guess people think their global rankings mean something because I got bashed for having some inferior rank before or something. :(

I can guarantee you're above me in any and every Trackmania rank though, so enjoy that! Jerks will be dumb jerks.

Pissed Jeans is great, get better.

And for the record, I think "Giant Bomb" is a really stupid website name, but it's a great website so who cares.

I recently started messing around in FL Studio because rap music, and I just wanted to make something catchy. It's been weird. I get the whole "I JUST WANT TO MAKE ART, MAN" feeling. That leads me to try all sorts of things, I tend to bounce around a lot--probably too much--but tend to go back to drawing more often than not. But I always support exploring this kind of stuff, I say keep it up. If you really enjoy it, might as well keep going. I dig the double bass.
