GOTY 2012
Here are the games that I either haven't played or haven't played enough but which could have made it on this list: Far Cry 3, Halo 4, Legend of Grimrock, Sound Shapes, Darksiders 2, Resonance, Xenoblade Chronicles, Borderlands 2.
I didn't count The Witcher 2: Assassin's of Kings: Enhanced Edition as it was a rerelease of a game from 2011. If I had, it would be in the top 5. Although I did not play them, I would also discount Persona 4: the Golden and Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition for this same reason.
