The way forward for Japanese devs isn't to out-generic the west in the shooter genre.  Sorry.

Totally looking forward to this!

So, all this time I wondered what exactly SpeedTree is and apparently it is literally trees made fast.

@soap - Clearly you have never played either of the previous games otherwise you wouldn't be asking that question.  Based on Yakuza 1 and 2 the game will last at least 20+ hours...longer if you get into doing side activities/exploring more.

This has a similar theme to the Cho Aniki series and the new Cho Aniki on PSP is coming to North America early next year too!  xD

I played the demo and based solely on that Zombie Apocalypse was very uninspired and uninteresting.

It is too bad that you can't engage someone in a discussion without it making you angry enough to block them on Twitter and make fun of them behind their back.  I never once made fun of you or EBW and I don't know why you two felt the need to resort to such childish ways.  I'm sure you'll make fun of this too in some way.  Oh well, such is the way of children.

Not as funny or entertaining as it could have been.  :(

"The core fighting in King of Fighters XII is really sharp, but everything surrounding it is a little disappointing."

That is exactly how I would describe the game.

" I dont know why you reviwed this, you clearly dont like it, because its bad..you just don't understand it same with Soul caliber 4 ...both of them are better than 3\5 but o well. KOF 12 will certainly get a 5/5 now...I feel as tho I cant trust this site for fighting games o well. "
If you are a big fighting game fan like I am then you shouldn't trust 99% of fighting game reviews out there, positive or negative.  Awhile back I realized that most people who review games don't have a good enough understanding of the genre to be able to produce good fighting game criticism.  This isn't a bashing of reviewers, but the genre is more complex and nuanced than just about any other genre and therefore a lot more difficult to review properly.  The exceptions are more simplistic fighters like Mortal Kombat or Super Smash Bros., but even those can be somewhat complex in their nuances.
