Just the one, speed camera for going less than 9 km/h over the limit.

I did get pulled over once not long after I got my current car. Was doing 95km/h in a 70 zone. Somehow I managed to get just a warning and be sent on my way. Figured I would be paying through the nose for that, but I guess the cop was feeling generous.

@Kowbrainz:  I met Cam Shea (editor after Fish left) and er... his Deputy Editor, who is clearly very memorable, at an Eminence Orchestra performance in Sydney. They'd hooked them up with free seats, but they should have bought some. Poor bastards got put RIGHT behind a big post. Weren't able to see anything on the big screen. Pretty poor manner to treat a mag that no doubt helped you get a few sales.

Yeah, Western Australia here, bit south of Perth.

Only real australian focused site/forums I go to are the Overclockers.com.au (OCAU) forums. The games forum there has one especially handy topic that one guy keeps updating with all the current sale prices online. Steam/Impulse/GamersGate etc.

Before that I guess my 'Aussie' news/reviews were from mags. Hyper and the excellent (and sadly killed before it's time) GamesTM AU. I kept buying Hyper for a long time, only stopped recently. It had become such a habit, and I barely even read it anymore. Quality dropped pretty sharply after Elliott Fish left. Got to a point where I could find a spelling or grammatical error on basically every page.

I have to say mine is Birman, also called the "Sacred cat of Burma"

Got a Birman myself. Though a grey not a chocolate like your pic. Easily my favourite cat. Don't need to worry about brushing them all the damn time like Persians or the like. They can be fairly expensive for good purebred's though.

@organicalistic_:  Well.. 'Free' isn't exactly correct. You pay plenty in taxes, but they look after you very nicely for it. We have free healthcare here in Australia. My issues with this country are more to do with the ever increasing reduction of freedoms.

As for the cold.. Well, I always say I like the cold. Though lets face it, cold in Australia is not even close to the same as cold in other parts of the world. It's rare that it gets below 0 celcius even at nights here.

Would rather live in Norway. I would rather live in Norway than Australia, where I currently reside. Any of the scandanavian countries, they know what's what.

Is that Sands of Time Prince voice? :O

Combat looked average, same as usual, though I'm not especially fussed. The Sands of Time trilogy were some of my favourite games of PS2/Xbox era. I always loved getting around those environments. Though that guy in the video wasn't doing it super well.. The best part is when you get it all to flow and look effortless.

@EvilDingo: Yeah, I just thought there was a good chance that a lot of the people posting may have not seen that clip and thus not have understood that.

I agree, it wasn't super clever, but not everything they do can be comedy gold. I imagine they were coming at it more from their own perspective. As they showed, they get plenty of material ripping on all the religions. I imagine they felt Comedy Central's decision to heavily censor the episode could eventually encroach on their territory just as much.

Has no one brought up that the group that threatened Trey and Matt is based in New York? Cause that's an important distinction, in my eyes. They use the freedom of speech laws of the United States to do their thing, which in this case was to shut down the freedom of speech of another.
