Killed the Rachni Queen? Well they're back because clones or something. Put Anderson on the council? He resigns and Udina takes his place. Saved the original council? Well they all leave anyway and are replaced with an all-human council. Nothing you did in the original 2 games matter, aside from who died in the last part of 2.

I'm calling shenanigans on this, considering that what I heard was that the leaked story document only contained the outcome for a single set of choices, and the game would not necessarily play out exactly the way that was detailed.

Nah, it's hyperbolic, but there's true to that. If you killed the Queen the Reapers create a breeder (to not waste an enemy design, I suppose), which is pretty bad design, honestly (Just have the Breeder always appears and if the Queen is still alive she brings help. If not the krogans do. I'm available for hire, Bioware). The Udina/Anderson also seems about right. The Council thing is bullshit, though - They each give you different benefits.

The 2nd to last level in CoD 4 on veteran was WAY harder than mile high club.

Not as bad as the last Pripyat mission on Veteran. Fight through angry Ukrainians, take out a Mil Mi-28, then having to pick up Macmillan while walking through the streets and apartment blocs fending off dogs as the timer is draining down, and eventually defend him at the ferris wheel until Big Bird (the name of the Chinook) arrives as you carry him under 30 seconds. I almost blocked out all the times I tried and tried to beat that end of the level.

Mile High Club is all about speed and efficiency. Switch out the pistol for the P-90, use flashbangs (in some parts you can just run past as they are stunned), and most importantly RUN.

Nah that was nothing, once you learned that running past everyone works you make it to the ferris wheel and just hide out in the ticket booth with claymoes set up. Macmillan might get killed but it's all about shooting his attackers before they get to him. Difficulty for me would go: No fighting in the War room > Mile high club > Prypiat > obstacle course.

Took me hours to finish that. I tried hiding in the ticket booth only to have roughly fifteen grenades thrown at me every second. Eventually I just hauled ass to some trees near the bumper cars and let them come to me. Surprisingly easy considering the lack of cover. Worst part was crossing the whole park to get that fucker back.

Man, this game is great.

LET IT DIE, FOR FUCKS SAKE!

I'm hoping it's just a spiritual sequel in the same universe, and not a direct sequel. The Metal Gear lore is so far up its own ass that you need at least four compendiums to understand what the fuck is going on.

To every moron that believes that this will be the final version of the game. BETAS=OLD BUILD. Seriously, even VIDEO GAMES go through rewrites/revisions. This has most likely, already happened. Some of the themes may be the same, however they will not be written badly by the team. 100% fact right there.

If you think this games narrative is going to change between now and February (probably when disc production starts) then I think you're the real moron.

It's only just over 3 months away until the game is going to enter mass production, and under 5 until it's on shelves.

You do know this script doesn't have a date, right? It could be a month or a year old for all we know. Also it has a lot of inconsistencies within itself, and I mean paragraph with paragraph (previous character who died are mentioned as if they were alive, that kind of stuff). At this point it's hard to tell what is and is not going to be in the final game. I just wish Bioware would find a to show some things about the game without spoiling it (Which I guess is what they did in ME2).

@Cronus42: Also Edmonton, but there are two separate teams: The DA one and the ME one.

@SamFo: Dude, but that new IP image! Tell me you're not excited for some Borderlands with TF2's artwork.

But yeah, I say it's an early draft. Wouldn't be surprised if a lot of it ended up in the final game, but I think a significant portion will change like in the initial stages of ME2 (I think the original idea was that after Shepard died you would control Legion and help Liara recover his/her body, and from text files Zaeed's original mission was completely different).

And maybe the dumb stuff will look good on screen? You never know.
