I found Persona 3 was a lot more sexual then Persona 4, but in a more subliminal way. Probably because Persona 4 was about people confronting their themselves.

But both were pretty well done, and nether brought you out of the game to question why this is happening, except for a few instances. Granted I only played P3FES up until the middle of the third month.

How far have you actually gotten in P3? I can't tell from the screenshots.

I'm at the end of May/beginning of June, and have yet to beat that Empress guardian or whatever. I've been grinding a bit to get a decent Wind-resistant Persona, so that shouldn't be too much of an issue.

(This shouldn't be an issue in later updates, since I won't have such a huge backlog of images to pull from.)

I really liked Persona 3, too bad I lost my save more than halfway through the game because I just can't bring myself to play through all of that again. I actually tried on the PSP and it was neat being able to control my different party members but they cut out all the animations and simplified the graphics to the point where I thought it was detrimental to the game and eventually stopped.

You'll get the US store, and you can play any games downloaded from that account with any other account on the PS3. I'm toward the end of summer in the game (29 hours) and I have never met that Maiko girl. I feel like I'm going through this game really fast, especially considering that I'm also watching the ER of P4 and Jeff and Vinny are 56 hours into that (as of episode 100) and they're still in summer.

Meanwhile, Junpei and Hidetoshi are tied for "least favorite character". Hidetoshi would beat out Junpei but I only occasionally have to deal with Hidetoshi's social link.

Have you been to the shrine? She shows up there every not-Sunday.

@video_game_king: on a technical note , h ows the emulationm going , you mentioned minor fps issues , its been along time since i messed around with pcsx2 but i remeber alot of transperancy issues and random stuff that required speedhacks etc for p3fes at least .. now that 1.0 is out hows it faring?

For the most part, it's working perfectly fine. I discovered that DirectX was causing the frame rate issues, and after changing it, they're almost entirely gone. (They still pop up in heavily populated areas, but I've never seen it dip below 40 for more than half a second.) In fact, the only problem I apparently have is that half a shadow thing @bocam mentioned.

@video_game_king: yeh i noticed the half shadow , its nothing compared to how it used to be tho with your actual player model getting clipped by the carpet eheh. at least you havent run into anything game breaking either (yet)
