It's amazing how much better you get at this.

I remember back on Christmas 2003 when opening up my gifts, I got Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4. Man, that game was great. But at the time, it was hard for me, as I was only 7. It literally took me weeks to get the 90 goals required to unlock the pro challenges.

So, taking a trip down memory lane, I popped the game back in my PS2 last night and beat the whole game within three hours. I was very disappointed. I can't imagine paying 50$ for this. I feel bad for the older folks who already knew what they were doing. Going home, booting it up, and beat it all in one sitting.

So I ask you, have you ever popped in an old game and whiz through the parts you found difficult as a kid? Share your thoughts.

So I'm going to the STUPID Competition tommorrow.

You see, I'm in the gifted program at our school. That just means that a bunch of the smartest kids in the school go on a bunch of field trips. So, my mom forced me to go to a singing competition. So since I had to pick a song, I picked Ramblin Man by the Allman Brothers.

Why? Because it was the only song on the list of karaoke songs that was on Rock Band 2. So now I have to go on stage in front of like 20 people (other contestants and adults) and try to sing this song. Wow.

Well, wish me luck!

I am really bored on my semi-vacation!

Uh. I am in my hotel room right now being extremely bored as my family is sleeping. My brother has a baseball tournament out in Pennsylvania and there is NOTHING TO DO in this town! The only thing worthwhile doing is going to the pool and, of course, go on Giantbomb.

On a game-related note, At a used electronic store, I bought a copy GTA: Vice City Stories for my PSP, and I have to say that I am LOVING it! And it only cost me 15$! I just have to say thank god I brought my PSP and laptop with me.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4,275

I've been following the series of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater since THPS2, but the series recently took a nosedive downwards. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 was a great game, and I consider Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 to be the best game in the series. It was all real fine and dandy until the release of Tony Hawk's Project 8. It wasn't the worst game, but I didn't know what to expect from the next one. Tony Hawk's Proving Ground sucked, hard. And after a billion yearly titles, I'm glad they're taking the year off.
