This was my first Bioware game I'd ever played and so Carth was my first exposure to the Bioware conversation world (Trask doesn't count seeing as he's dead) and I've always felt like me and him had to finish the story together. I think his companion quest is the best out of them all and his endgame if you are a bad guy is really good as well so that's why Carth is #1 on my list.

Mission was my best friend in this game. From the start I always went out of my way to make sure I talked to her and finished her companion quest and for a good 60% of the game she was always in my party. A great character that I will always remember.

I love Jolee's Banter throughout the game and much like HK-47 i could never get enough of his humor. Plus he was the only Jedi in my group that I actually liked so that a plus as well.

HK-47 was ridiculously funny and incredibly abrasive and because of that i kept him with my party for most of the game and do it almost every time I play.

I felt sad for Zaalbar. First he gets captured by slavers, then he gets into a bunch of shit in kashyyyk and then if you followed the dark side died while trying to protect Mission and having to break his life debt to the character. He was a nice guy and I like him a lot as a companion.

I feel this guy would've gotten more points from me if he could talk. Never-the-less he was good company and handy in the party.

In all regards, Bastila was a self centered bitch who almost destroyed the whole universe so I don't like her very much. There were times when i did but overall she disappointed me. I love that Bioware made her like this and have this whole storyline of course, I just personally don't enjoy her company.

I'm not sure why I didn't like him too much. I was a fan of Mandalore in the second game, i guess he was just to much of a dick in this game for me to tolerate. Also he never wanted to talk to me.

After my first play through I literally just killed her and moved on. On of my least favorite Bioware characters of all time right here.
