I really like On Her Majesty's Secret Service. I think it works well even if completely removed from other Bond movies. Bond falls in love and gets married, shedding his stereotypical "meet woman, have sex with woman, never see her again". Then that ending! I remember the movie also being long as hell, like almost 2 1/2 hours.

I think a reasonable person could deduce this as a logical direction, if you just look at the Wii U, its feels like a feature that should have been present, and clearly Nintendo did too.

Arguably they hold last bastion of the portable games market if you exclude phones, so this makes perfect sense, and I think Nintendo deserve kudos for making this smart move.

I completely agree on your first point. Nintendo's Wii U lets you play games on a TV through the console or on the Wii U gamepad wirelessly through the console. The only next logical step would be to remove the console and integrate the hardware into the gamepad. It's not some mystical prophecy foretold by Giantbomb staff members.

There is definitely some rubberbanding. An AI that is someone on my friend's list is extremely fast, no matter the difficulty. I could be lapping other racers and they will consistently be near me. It's not even that they are taking corners better than me or anything, but they are going impossible speeds. I was doing a race that went on the North West section of roads. I was going over 250 mph and the rubberbanding AI of that one driver passed me going ridiculously fast. He had to be going almost 300 mph, and he wasn't just drafting.

I blocked someone, but I continue to see their posts. Or am I misunderstand what blocking is for?

@ninnanuam: Maybe you are missing the same one I was, and apparently the same one many, many people have been. This one here:

I looked at that on my map a hundred times and thought nothing of it. Then I did a google search and found a topic on trueachievements. A bunch of people were missing that same piece of road. As was I.

Are you talking about the top bit? The center grey part you circled isn't a road.

@isomeri: Using the Horizon Edition Lamborghini I couldn't make it one 10 minute lap around the Goliath before running out of gas. Maybe someone is siphoning gas from me!

@isomeri: With simulation damage you can run out of gas. Your car starts to die and then you just sit there and can't move. The higher end race cars run out of gas after about 7-8 minutes with the way I race.

As far as my old man ears are concerned, Pulse, Bass Arena, and Hospital Records are all the same damn dance music. I saw Blink 182 on Vagrant, so I skip past that. I have zero interest in rap (sorry, hip hop) or classical music. The other station is some independent thing?

I don't see a lot of skill songs because the radio is usually OFF.
