Yes, I've noticed a change once they started using third-party courier services like Lasership and A-1. As a Prime member it is a bit disappointing.
 
In your case, I would call Amazon customer service if the package has taken a month. That seems a bit excessive.

I hated Dragon Age Origins, KOTOR, Jade Empire, and Mass Effect. I enjoyed Mass Effect 2 for what it was, but to me it wasn't really an RPG. It was an action game with a cool dialogue tree and a mundane leveling system. I've come to the conclusion that Western RPG's just aren't my cup of tea.

This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. If you use the movie store you will need to call Sony in order to deactivate your previous PS3 and activate the new one. I was trying to watch a movie with the woman and found out the hard way...just a heads up.
