Gordon is the most.. "Video-gamey" Video game composer active. His music probably requires massive amounts of effort and training but its the kind of music that was playing in my head at 15 playing Doom on PS1
Having just played through all the bungie games for the first time since I was 17 I'm kinda sad to see this is how the company has ended up. How many people from that Halo CE - Reach team is left at this point? I know the Marty O'donnell situation but didn't they also lose the creative lead? The core shooting and art direction is still totally on point though.
Recently picked up a one and the halo collection and decided to try and complete all the campaigns on heroic hit a roadblock near the end of 2 and figured I could ask tbe community for some help since I don't know anyone who has an Xbox.
So after reinstalling Assassin's Creed Unity, Downloading the latest patch, the Dead Kings expansion and a weapons pack I got with the game I still can't continue from where I left off before the uninistall due to not having downloaded all the DLC associated with that save. I'm thinking it may be some of the dumb overpowered weapons I got with my Uplay points back on release but all it says on that menu is that I claimed the reward with no option to download, is there any workaround for this?
@yummylee: I found the finale of the second to at least deliver on a pure fan-service level of "Hey here's a bunch of Mr. X's fighting some lickers" even if it's on a boulder punching level of stupid. The first film I fell asleep during twice it barely even used any of the elements I visually associate with the games and call backs.
Holy shit the animation in those movies though, I've never seen more marionette looking models in anything, it's horrendous.
Okay, so watching the Rare Replay Quick Look combined with boxed PC copies going dirt cheap I'm pretty tempted to give this game a shot, I could never get into it on the 360 because it felt sluggish as hell on a controller and the load times between menus just pushed me away. Brad saying those are both non issues with the port sounds great but I can't find out if it runs fine on 10 or if it can even be activated on GFWL now, anyone able to test it/already know?
