I'm going to try and go about this from a ( as everyone on the internets is calling it) "core" gamers perspective......

Let’s go back in time, before the Nintendo Wii, the DS and before Nintendo’s retarted idea to make games for the casual gamer….Yes before games were labeled ‘casual’ and ‘core’. Yes that was the time when games could be fun for the ones who got into the game….Not for the people like my mom and dad…who would play and go back to doing what ever parents do…Yes the games for the gamers for us who were introduced into the world of gaming and were mesmerized by the ability to move a pixelized character around in a 2D world…

No….now Nintendo and every other 3 party developer is giving us casual ‘shovelware’ games as the name has come about recently.    

In the breath of the latest E3…I… a tried and true Nintendo fan…was crushed by the recent press conference…I got up early in the morning to watch and get excited for the next big game….
