I am not sure that it was over rated for that reason, I mean the whole car thing was not a make or break part of the game, but man was it annoying, I still hate it since its just so doggy going around corners,  I really actually just liked III's vehiclar handling just fine back in 2001 which was 7 YEARS AGO!!!

Some things I don't mind cause its kinda fun getting used to it, like a new car that you like, or a new sportbike that you really like. 

But other crap, like Keyboards(feel of the keys, how hard to press, sound and layout) suck sometimes, new monitors, controllers, I would have to say that the worst for me in awhile was Vista.  In xp, sure it was ugly, but everything was out there, in vista they made everything pretty and hid all your settings and controls for power users and gamers so its kinda  bytch to get around to tell you the truth.  Like you have to go through like 8 clicks in vista what took like 3 or 4 max in XP...

Yes, like most of hte time actually since I usually buy music in CD form anyways.  Really the only music that I actually whatever you want to call it, are like those one hit singles like "I kissed a girl from my friend".  I don't like any other songs by her, so I don't want to buy her cd, and I really don't want DRM so I just get it from a friend usually, but even these only total to around like 10 songs a year at max.

I may have to look into that but god, Office Space will always be a classic!

"The site was easy to hate.  In fact, it still is easy to hate.  It's still not very attractive.  and it is only now starting get get some decent speed to it. 

And the color scheme and boxy nature of it are things only a mother could love.  As a designer, I think it's pretty damn homley.  I'm just looking past it these days.
