So this year will be the first time I have run my own video games marathon for Extra Life. We have been doing a bit of planning to get ourselves ready. We're ready to stream, and have a ton of things to play. I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips on... well anything.
We were also thinking of doing a "stretch goal" kinda thing where if we hit a certain amount we will put ourselves through different games or like penalty games for poor play, complaining about sleep... things like that would cause the player to have to play 30mins of Virtual Boy or Aliens;CM...
Here are the systems that we KNOW we are going to be playing from;
- Nintendo Systems (NES, SNES, N64, WiiU)
- Genesis
- 32x
- Virtual Boy
- PlayStation systems (PSOne, PS2, PS3, PS4... possibly Vita)
- Microsoft Systems (Xbox Original, 360, Xbone)
- PC
We have a library of games to play on each. Wondering if we should play through the years, by system, or just skip around with no particular order in mind. Are there any games that you guys thing would be better to play on a stream than others? Games that are more interesting to watch than others? I want people engaged (wish I had an Engage) and watching, not bored and skipping past us.
Thanks in advance duders!
Also, if you care to watch at all, you can check us out on Oct. 25 at Twitch.tv/WiFi_Pirate.
