God that's a tough one... I think if I had to choose out of the two I would lean slightly more towards Xenogears over Vagrant Story. But really you can't go wrong with either or they are two of the best RPGs ever!

I usually don't preorder but there was a promotion at Best Buy during E3 that gave 30% off each game you preorder if you did 3+. So I went a little overboard...

Halo 5: Guardians

Sunset Overdrive

Mortal Kombat X

The Order: 1886

Alien: Isolation

Middle Earth: Shadows of Mordor

Dragon Age Inquisition

Far Cry 4

Metal Gear Solid V

Destiny

Rainbow Six: Siege

Sims 4

Battlefield:Hardline

Great Article! I was so hopeful for the Kinect to be something big and revolutionary to gaming and while it was a neat concept it just failed in practice.

After hearing about the UI revamp and the kinect less sku for the XBONE, I have since traded in my kinect 2.0 since I see little support for the device from now on.

The stuff people have been able to do on the PC side with the kinect though have been pretty rad.

I've read this a few times today just in utter disbelief. I just can't believe it, Ryan has been a part of my life through various sites and podcasts for years. I'm so very sadden by this and the video game community will not, if not never, be the same without his presence. :'(.

This is definitely my major concern, and reason I'm not buying, the XBONE. I would consider it though, if they did state that I didn't have to authenticate with their servers if the disc was in the system. I enjoy collecting games and have a library consisting of NES/SNES/N64/PS1/PS2/XB/360/PS3. Even with the 360 and PS3, I am worried about the purchases I've made on XBLA and PSN, if in a few years they shut down the servers for those and say one of my units were to die on me, I could possibly lose out on all that content I purchased.

Hopefully, there will one day be a system that will be able to quell my worries about digital rights/purchases.

I can't help but get a chuckle every time I read XBONE. I was considering typing it as XB-ONE, but it's definitely not as fun to read.

I wouldn't say boycott. But I do not plan to buy one at launch due to their policies. I do hope it changes in a year or so, for now it'll just be my PC/PS4 and perhaps a Wii-U.

I too have been interested about this game but have been unable to find a whole lot about the game, except it's crazy specials.

Hello Giantbomb Community!

My friends and I are starting a documentary about retro videogame collecting! We have a kickstarter going for it and I thought one of my favourite communities may have people who are interested in seeing it happen. :). As well as talking about retro collecting, Jay Bartlett has taken up the task of trying to collect all offical Nintendo NES games while we go across the country talking to people about their hobby!

So far we have: Tommy Tallarico, Walter Day, Ben Gold, Greg Pabich, Billy and Jay - The Game Chasers, 8-Bit Eric, Todd Rogers, Johnny Millennium aka the Happy Console Gamer, Rudy Ferretti, Patrick Scott Patterson aka OriginalPSP, Syd Bolton and Jason Wilson aka DreamTR. All on board to be in the documentary and just got a opening for San Diego Comic Con!

Give it a look and if possible help us hit that goal! Thanks guys!
