Been watching now for years but looking to step up my knowledge in order to appreciated it more. Also bought Madden for first time. Anyone have any source or recommendation for some reading regarding strategy. Appreciated general strategy to extent but more nuanced, say what routes work against what cover. Why people would pick man over zone etc and so on.
Widely accepted last year to be the "neutrals" choice due to brilliant, fast paced style of football. Do have a little bit of the underdog too as they spend less other top teams such as chelsea, man city and man utd. These team also I would avoid as I would call them a bit soulless and unfortunately represent the more money buying success of football these days.(Although this summer that isn't true as we got a lot of money from selling our best player).
I'm biased - but great history and fans, currently very well run by the owners.

It really baffles me when Americans say its a low scoring game. So if football was like NFL and a goal was worth 6 instead of 1 it would be more exciting? As someone who watches football and american football in equal measure, the same amount of action or excitement happens in 90mins of football as it does in 3 hours of NFL.
Does the PS4 have a similar thing to XBOX where you can follow / add people without them having to accept you? Would make the activity feed a little more interesting.
Yea looking forward to Christmas, finally got it off first time in 4 years. Got PS4 with AC4 and FIFA 2014. Also folks are getting me Zelda 3DS. Looking forward to it. Not exactly a dearth of games at moment.
Next gen games being more expensive and EU losing out conversions wise is wrong and nothing new but is the shit we have to eat, because let's face it - they have us, none of us will vote with our wallet on not buy a console.
