@Adziboy: They have to somehow punish you for killing civilians. Why would they put them in there if killing them had no restrictions and therefor added no new element to the gameplay?

I definitely thought Pittsburgh when I saw that picture flash by, and the analysis pretty much confirms it. But since it is only concept art, it can't be confirmed as making it into the real game. But I hope there is part of the conflict on US soil, and that is no way because I'm anti-American but its because it would be kinda eerie feeling for me and many US citizens which would add a greater sense of emotional intensity to the story. 
 
That is a really thought-provoking picture, because I'm not sure how they're going to make an attack on US soil that is clearly a military-organized assault (judging by the type of damage seen) seem plausible. Russia wouldn't really make sense, because this is the East Coast.

It seems kinda retardedly hard at times. Maybe I just suck but I can't last long in a huge firefight without using the health cheat.
