Games I've beaten

Ok, this is pretty much a blatant attempt at getting a list with enough entries to finish off the quest, and even then, I don't know if I'll have enough to do it, but hey, here'a an attempt, I reckon.  Oh, yeah, by "beaten," I mean "completed the story mode on at least the default difficulty."  Or at least any difficulty other than the easiest.

List items

  • Recently finished my second playthrough. I figure I got at least five times left (going through as an adept and and engineer to get mastery of abilities exclusive to those classes, Achievements for Legendary and Insane, and one as Shepherd ass Shepherd (John Sheppard, Earthborn Sole Survivor Soldier.)

  • My first S Rank. Pretty easy, actually. Did it before even finishing the game. Sold the Xbox after that to pay bills, and the game along with it. Main reason I haven't bought the game again is saving money for games with Achievements left to get. I'm hunting it down for PC right now, though.

  • The game that got me back into Need For Speed. The first one I played was the very first one waaaaaaaaaaaay back on 3D0. Think I moved to Ridge Racer after that, then got the first Tokyo Xtreme Racer before getting into Project Gotham Racing. My brother rented this, I tried it and liked it.

  • Have a copy right now, actually. Have said I was going to beat it again. Haven't touched it quite a while. But hey, it's there.

  • Like this game. I'll pick it up again someday, probably.

  • I beat it on the SNES as Final Fantasy III. Haven't played it in forever. Miss it. Want it again.

  • Believe it or not, I this is sitting in an SNES near the TV as we speak. Main reason I don't play it more is that it is that I don't feel like switching to channel 3 and walking over to turn the system on to play it instead of turning the TV on, picking up the controller, pushing the button to turn the system on, selecting the game, and playing it. Getting lazy with all this new fangled technology

  • Finally beat this after years. Even that's been a while ago, and I haven't played in a while. Still have it to break out should the inclination arise, however. I actually name my cars after women after seeing the 2000 Gone In Sixty Seconds, and I've sometimes put this game in and gone to the soldier office for a random female character to come up with names for some cars.

  • Beat it. Beat the (what was it called, the downloadable hard version where the bats became ghost piranhas and stuff...) Beat the game on hard. Didn't beat the second downloadable one that had waves of enemies, though.

  • Got it on Xbox Originals. Finished the game. Don't remember if I finished it on hard or not. Don't have it on the system right now. The 60GB drive I have right now is down to about 15ish GB with Fable II, Mass Effect, Midnight Club LA, and a bunch of Arcade games and demos.

  • Wanted to play this for a bit. Wanted to get one of the Xbox Originals when they came out. This was one of the ones I wanted (although I'm kind of upset it wasn't the Lost Chapters version.) I wanted to beat it again to pick up on things referenced in Fable II that I missed, but I never did beat it again, and I've deleted it from the console again to make space for the moment.

  • Aaaaaaaaaaaalmost got S on this. Just need the Companions. Attempted it once. It was hard than I thought. Haven't gotten around to trying it again.

  • Was proud of this S rank until I saw it on a list of easy S ranks...

I have yet to accomplish Jason Bailey, Chairness, and Status Update: Single. I'll get around to them someday when the fatigue I built up getting the S rank wears off, and maybe when I've built up a similar OD on Mass Effect...

  • Had this back on the original PlayStation when it came out. Beat the game with Alucard, never beat it with Richter (may have been trying to go through the entire castle as I'd done with Alucard. I remember being stuck in the reverse Colosseum.) Got it on Live Arcade and S-Ranked it. Took awhile to get Seeker, so long that it spanned different Xboxes, and I had to beat the game again to get to where I could explore the entire castle. I remember taking pictures with my camera on New Year's eve and comparing them to maps online trying to figure out where I still had to find. Think it was somewhere in the Marble Gallery.

  • Beat it with the red dude. Haven't beaten it with anyone else yet, but for this list, I'm counting it...

  • Still need to get (and finish) the DLC for the S-Rank, but I finished the main story.

  • Hated the ending. Was that it? Is there a hidden ending somewhere? Dude just gave him the car and drove off?

  • Yeah, I beat it.

  • Got it for PS2. Beat it. Wanna play the rest of the trilogy, but the game seemed a bit sluggish on PC. Probably get the trilogy from Steam or something. Would get the set that they have on there, but it has the cel shaded Prince of Persia with no Achievements (least none that I know of...)

  • Didn't get all five endings, but I got a few. I'm counting it...

  • Miss this game so much!

  • I've had Tomb Raider one and two on PS1, but never finished them. A friend gave me a PS Tomb Raider game (Last Revelation, maybe) that I pretty much never touched. This remains the only Tomb Raider that I beat. And it was a fun ride, too.

  • Miss this game. Want it again, but don't wanna pay ebay prices.

  • Played this game on NES and beat it. Have a copy for the NES now, but the last time I tried to play NES, none of the games would work, no matter how much I blew in the cartridges.

  • We got it. I beat it. So what of it?

  • I remember my brother getting this game for his birthday. I remembered going to Showbiz (owned by the same people as Chuck E Cheese) and playing the four player Arcade version, then going home to play this and it being totally different and not really knowing what to do. I remember going to school and having friends give me tips and finally beating it.

  • Got this in the Air Force when I had a GameBoy. Didn't know what happened with the Metroid at the end until later when I played Super Metroid.

  • Don't remember how many characters I beat this with. Seem to remember beating it with Gambit, though...

  • Yeah, I used continues to beat it. At least I finally beat it without a Game Genie.

  • My name is Kevin (Hi, Kevin) and I have never beat this game without using the warp zones and/or the turtle shell 1UP trick. But I beat it without a Game Genie, it's on the list...

  • Had it on the NES, never beat it. Couldn't make it pass the Technodome. Never got the Konami code to work. Got the Live Arcade version. Continued til I beat it. Works for this list...

  • Still have yet to beat it on hard. Never made it past the garden maze with the spikes in Murderworld. Beat it on the default difficulty setting though, so it counts. Love this ending, by the way...

"The WORLD can count on us! Sir..."

  • Beat it on normal. Don't remember if I beat it on hard, but I remember not making it past the first group of enemies on Legendary...

  • Beat it on normal. Beat it on hard. Never made it past Theseus on Titan Mode.

  • Again, beat it on normal. Beat it on hard (I think.) Didn't beat it on God Mode.

  • Beat it on normal. Forgot how far I got on hard. Level seven-ish, maybe. Kinda don't feel like playing it anymore. Same thing happened with DMC3. It was awesome at first, but wore off.

  • Never played it online (didnt' have Gold while I had the game, then sold the Xbox, and the game with it.) Never got it again because I tend to save my money for games I don't have any achievements in, because they tend to come easier that way. Then, I didn't feel like I had space to install it on the 360's hard drive. Got the PC version, and making my way through that.

  • Got it with the Xbox. Was the better of the two games (still haven't played much Kung Fu Panda. Someday I'll get around to getting enough Achievement to do better than a D.) Wish I'd have waited for them to bring the Elite down to the Premium's price and offer Fable II and Halo 3, but oh well...

  • I beat it with every character. It counts...

Not a terrible game. Not totally without it merit, at least. Pretty. Geist was hawt. If not genuinely attractive, she strokes that certain something in me...

  • I'm running out of games, and I got some forty games before I finish the quest, so there! I didn't unlock all the characters (think two or so eluded me) but I unlocked a few...

  • Beat it with several characters. Beat some of the story modes. Unlocked Guile, Evil Ryu, and Shin Akuma (at least I did on PS.) Wasn't gonna use fighting games, but I'm running out of games...

  • One of the four games I had for 3D0 (the others being Samurai Shodown, Need for Speed, and Super Street Fighter II Turbo. Oh yeah, had Supermodels Go Wild, but I don't count that one. Not proud of it...) Finished the game, so here it is...

  • Same deal as with Alpha 3.

  • I remember beating it. I think I beat it without the Game Genie. Been so long, I don't remember, really, but I THINK I beat it without the Game Genie.

  • Had it on SNES. Beat it with Robert and Ryo, so there...

Ok, not on the HARDEST difficulty, but not the easiest, either...

  • Beat all the stages, got all the crates, and all the jewels to get the good ending using the guide in the first MegaFan. Was a crowning achievement.

  • I'm gonna try to stop using fighting games to pad the list, but I beat this one with most (if not all) of the teams on PS. Had the import version, too, back when you could use something to hold the door open switch down (I used to use a twist tie) to swap discs to play imports. Probably lost a few PSes that way. They didn't die, but they skipped more often...

  • I said I was gonna TRY to stop, I didn't say I was gonna stop cold turkey! I had this for PS and beat it with most, if not all, of the fighters. Unlocked Akuma, Dan, and Bison, and played Dramatic Battle.

  • Had the import DC version that I played with a Game Shark (didn't use the Game Shark to cheat, though, just to play the game.) Unlocked the different options for altering grooves and Omega Rugal and Shin Akuma.

  • Unlocked Nakoruru, Morrigan, Orochi Iori, Evil Ryu, and Akuma.

  • Beat it on the default difficulty. Think I may have tried going through on hard, but sold the system first...

  • Beat it. Liked it. Liked it alot. Even got the DJ Krush album (vinyl, even) that has the song that plays during the menus (Paradise Bird Theory.) No, I didn't go out of my way to find the record, just happened upon it at the local record shop and recognized it, but still cool.

  • Beat it with at least one fighter (there aren't different endings for each character, anyway.) I remember unlocking the bosses, though. So, that better solidifies its place on the list.

  • I remember beating the game with at least a few (if not all) of the characters and unlocking the bosses

  • Another game where I allllllmost have S in. Need Perfectionist. And since I sold the game when I sold the Xbox, I need to buy the game and beat it again (too bad I didn't buy it on Games on Demand like I bought Symphony of the Night on Live Arcade and could just download it again for free.)

  • Beat it with Ruby (yeah, with unlimited continues, but I beat it.) Still haven't gotten used to Tempest yet, and I haven't played in a while.

  • No, I haven't gotten all ten endings, but I've gotten more than one. I got the regular ending and the quick one where you do New Game , go directly through the gate and beat Lavos to get the ending with the developers and the super fast credits when I had the SNES version. And when I had Final Fantasy Chronicles, I got the one where you don't go back to get Crono, but I haven't gotten all ten.

  • Remember getting all the cars and seeing the credits. Also remember throwing a Dreamcast controller and chipping the side...

  • Still need to beat it with one of the theme teams for the Achievement, and haven't gotten any of the multiplayer or online versus Achievements yet. At least not on Live Arcade. But I had the Dreamcast version, and I think I remember unlocking pretty much everything you could unlock. I at least had all the characters and stages, and I think I had all the colors, too.

  • Yeah, so it was free. It's one of the better free games on Arcade. I've almost Sranked it, I just have to get the multiplayer Achievement and haven't felt like just sticking the other controller in. Been waiting to try to play it with my little cousin when he comes back to town.

  • Got all the endings and unlocked all the characters on Dreamcast and on Xbox. Didn't get all the gaps, but hey...

  • Beat it with all characters on PS2 and Xbox.

  • Borrowed from the kids up the hill (cousins somewhere down the line.) The first JRPG I beat. Pleasant memories, y'all...

  • Had it for PlayStation. Don't remember if I beat it with everyone, but I remember beating it with Akuma, and beating the special story mode and getting the music video at the end.

  • Can FINALLY add something new to the list. Just beat this one for the PC. Now attempting hard difficulty and getting around to those challenges.
