He's moved, now just his toes are dipped in the bulb. Pretty good jump for one day.
I used a ruler (OMG nerd alert!) and I'd say he jumped over 10% of the way to the top. But that seems like way too large of a jump for one day, so perhaps I screwed something up or am not remembering exactly where he was before.
But, it does not reveal the current number, the BWU notes:
"Oh, and nope, we're not at zero. The circular reservoir at the bottom of the thermometer represents the millions of challenges you've already completed."
Lame.
Currently the jetpacking Spartan's ass is just barely out of the bulb.
I haven't lost interest yet. So far, most of the time the daily challenges interest me enough to give me an hour+ of playtime just towards them. Then I might play a few matches of multiplayer, work on a forge map, etc. and that's about all the gaming time I have in a day.
My guess is I'll play it religiously until I'm away from my 360 for a few days over Thanksgiving. Sometimes after a 3-4 day break from a game I find I have little desire to pick it back up, so I suppose I'll see then.
Also is "loosing" a giantbomb meme or something? Noticed two Reach threads use that.
I try to wait until the ghost is at ramming speed as most people are smart enough to not attempt to splatter you after you reveal that you have armor lock. Too bad Warthogs and Revenants just glide over you, often not even flipping. I've heard Revenants can sometimes smash against an armor locked player, but I've never had it happen.
