Honestly?

The selfish part of me wants everything to stay the same, but the reality is that these guys gave me 10+ years of enjoyment, so I hope they find something that they enjoy and brings a new and exciting future.

It's easy to assume, that because we see what they do as purely fun and carefree, that it's actually a job for these guys.

Jeff sounds like he's having a stressful time at the moment; with his poor wife having pretty serious "morning" sickness, having to cook/eat in the shed at night, managing baby duties and a full time job during the day, having to clean out the shed in the only free time he gets at night before his new baby arrives and then GB having its core staff leave is a lot to have on your plate.

What are the chances Brad, Alex and Vinny appear on the Bombast as guests every week, like Danny? I'd think that doing the podcast as guests and not as staff would be more enjoyable for the guys.

Excited to see what GB becomes. It's silly to think the site will remain exactly as it is just with new staff. This is going to be a big shift for Giantbomb, and I trust Jeff knows what's important.

I think it's pretty ignorant and borderline insulting to think this is an issue of money. There's obviously a lot going on in the background that we aren't aware of.

Do you really think Brad, Vinny and Alex are leaving because of money??

@jackw1212: they haven't given us a free month because of "no content" it's because within the next 4 weeks we'll know more about what the future of GB is, thus giving us time to make a decision on if we renew or cancel.

I agree that she comes across as incredible rude in this years GOTY. Every time her voice comes screeching through when someone else is trying to make a point is really bad. It's nice to see how comfortable Abby is with the team now, and for the most part I enjoy her commentary, but when you get her in a room full of some of the best and most experienced critics in the industry her rough edges really shine through. The last GOTY podcast really turned into "The Abby Show" and she was wasting a lot of everyone's time.

I feel Jason and Jan have found a happy medium of being a producer first and a critic second, they appear leave a lot of the heavy lifting to the actual critics.

With Dragon Age 3, GTA 5 and Far Cry 4 all releasing in Australia this week I was looking to pre order (mostly so I can pre load and avoid the shops) all 3 but I was curious if the unlock times on these titles on Xbox Live are set to Australian time? You would assume so, but I want to say that I couldn't play Mordor until the USA release date, but I could be wrong.
