Today I randomly went back through some quick looks and decided to watch the first one for game room and about 5 minutes in Jeff and Vinny mention space marine and warhammer 40k. I just thought that it was a funny coincidence!
I am very pleased with the new endurance run especially now that we have two teams attacking the game at the same time. However, both teams have there ups and downs. While VJ often have the better commentary (more humorous) I often find myself yelling at VJ more than BR although lately Brad's passive playing has been getting on my nerves. Its all good though. Also, BR have gotten more comfortable with the endurance run and their commentary has been improving drastically. Overall I have no real complaints just keep up the good work gentlemen!!!!!
I have decided that while Gears of War and the folks over at epic do an amazing job of advertising and picking out licensed music to represent the theme of the game. The folks over at Bungie do great orchestra work, some of the best in any video game I have ever played. The music flows along with the players emotions so well and they heighten that sense of complete control. One reason why I love the Halo games... everything about it makes you feel like a badass from head to toe. While Gears of War does something very similar. It still builds up the player as this complete badass but since the controls and third person POV remove some of the finesse and speed you get with a FPS they are two VERY different feels. I am excited for both and very much so.... Now if I could only get my copy of ODST back that I lent to a friend so I could play some beta I would be even happier..
So today I was doing my usual. Looking through Giant Bomb while working on some college and school homework when i decided to give this quest stuff a shot. Its pretty fun and i saw this one so i decided heck why not I usually don't journal things such as a diary or a blog but I figured prolly no one is going to read this anyway so why not?? Well im already tired and these quests are keeping me awake so I should prolly go to bed.
