Terrans definatley. Got some of the funniest ad-libs and I always prefer to play as the human faction between races like this. Same with Warcraft 3.

Dragon Age without a doubt, so massive on scale with all your choices through the game and there repurcussions being told to you at the end.
Wet? lol Haven't played much of it myself but I've reason to believe the writing was hardly its strongest point, wasn't its most highlighted fail either, still. Uncharted 2 will probably take the award, and with good reason.
