If you can get into the APC. for some reason I always have trouble getting in since no prompt shows up. 
On SEVR maps the battered gates have a hole in the bottom that allows for totally safe disarming, much to the dismay of the attackers. 
Many maps have small gaps or windows that generally serve as great, nearly totally safe, sniping spots. Keep an eye out.

Alright, went through the lists. Some people have joined or founded clans in the meantime, and a few couldn't be found, but I sent invites to most of the people that were listed.

Easy to take? Only from like one approach. The side with the bridge? Tough. The hills and platforms? Tougher. The ditches? Damn near impossible. There's only like one easy approach on their Dom map.

I've done that once. Was out of ammo for my MG, no restock in sight, so I grabbed an AR from a Raven corpse. It was all pimped out with a reflex sight, foregrip, and suppressor too. It doesn't need saying that I proceeded to slaughter the hell out of the remaining enemies.

Anyways, to everyone: I'll be busy for a day or two going through the lists and sending out invites.

For me everyone's got a headset. But, for the most part, it's the people saying "3 or 4 guys going after the sensor array." or "Stay out of that doorway, snipers are all over it!" or stuff like that. Generally, the ones that help everyone else out by keeping them much more situationally aware.

I have a Mic now. I'd be more than willing to serve as an SL (not qualified for PL yet)

I'd assume so, since the other factions typically aren't. I'd guess all the "hxc rah rah you all suck" guys gravitated to Valor thanks to their modern army theme. I've only met one asshole on SVER but he was legitimately frustrated- His entire squad was practically flocking around mortar strikes, bombing runs and what have you. But in general guys on SVER with mics are typically pretty level-headed, and for the most part just point out where guys are or help coordinate the squad.
