After regularly babysitting for my 4 year old nephew and using various consoles as a method of parenting I spaztically bought minecraft: xbox 360 edition.

not sure if this counts but when I used to play wow I once joined a battleground queue at lvl 49 and made it to 53 before I entered, maybe more due to the BGs being dead at the time I was playing. needless to say i got a round of 'hax0rz' and all that.

I turn off the music in most games I play, unless its something atmospheric i guess. I find the music in games detract from the immersion for me, especially things like the 'battle' music in Fallout new vegas, that was just dumb.
 
I do think menu music is pretty much essential though, sets the tone (TF2 is a great example of this).
